Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Architect - Certified Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments and communicate product issues
• Lead and manage the development and delivery of a Sprint team, organizing Scrum-related meetings
• Assist with backlog maintenance and facilitate prioritization and resolution of defects

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college diploma or university degree in computer systems design or computer science, or 10 years equivalent work experience
• Certified Scrum Master required
• 5+ years of project management experience and 2+ years of Scrum Master experience
• Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle
• Ability to understand technical issues and coach the team effectively
