Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to define long-term organizational strategies
• Design and implement financial systems and controls to ensure compliance and support organizational growth
• Mentor and develop the finance team while fostering a culture of transparency and accountability across financial operations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• CPA or MBA strongly preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role within the nonprofit sector
• Advanced knowledge of nonprofit accounting standards and compliance with federal regulations
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct accounting software is strongly preferred
