Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming member messages to determine urgency and appropriate actions during Senior Planners' absence
• Synthesize member needs and coordinate solutions with team members
• Manage a small group of members, guiding them through the planning process and motivating them to take action on advice

Required Qualifications

• CFP designation
• 1+ years of member-facing financial planning experience
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn in-house software and tools
• Exceptional time management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a remote environment
