Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive sponsors and project leaders across transformation initiatives
  • Coordinate HR, Communications, and Change Management activities for alignment across various programs
  • Develop communication plans, change strategies, and stakeholder engagement roadmaps
Required Qualifications
  • 7-15 years of experience in HR, Organizational Change Management, or Communications functions
  • Strong program management skills with experience in coordinating multiple workstreams
  • Proven experience in supporting large-scale transformation efforts
  • Prior experience within a Transformation Management Office (TMO) or similar structure is preferred
  • Professional certifications in Change Management or HR are a plus
