Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance financial systems and processes to support operational excellence and revenue growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic planning and business decisions
• Own the financial model, improve planning processes, and analyze SaaS metrics to influence key business decisions

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or technology companies
• Demonstrated success as a CFO or VP of Finance in high-growth, venture capital-backed firms
• Experience in investor relations and managing financing, including debt and equity
• Global financial management experience, including compliance and tax strategies
• Proficiency in implementing modern finance tools and data-driven decision-making
