Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Director to lead and oversee the Claims process for Financial Professionals, account holders, and beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of the Claims process, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Develop strategies to enhance service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team while implementing continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the Life & Annuity industry
  • At least 5 years of experience leading and managing production teams
  • Solid understanding of claims functions for life and annuity products
  • Industry designations/certifications (FLMI, ACS, CFP, etc.) strongly preferred
