Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Claims Intake to join their Claims Production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate submission and matching of claims and related documentation in the claims system
• Oversee claims submission and ensure accuracy and completeness of supporting documentation
• Develop and coach team members while meeting production goals and improving operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience
• 4+ years of experience in leading and developing teams in a healthcare claims production environment
• 3+ years of experience using data and metrics for problem-solving and root cause analysis
