Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities and procedures of the claims operations team, including assigning and reviewing work
- Monitor team quality and productivity, providing status reports to senior leadership
- Onboard new team members and ensure compliance with policies and training requirements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience, with at least 2 years in team management
- Experience in workers' compensation claims operations is preferred
- Must be located within the Pacific Time Zone
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
