Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave & Disability Claims Quality Assurance Manager to oversee claims management processes and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Previous management experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an audit or quality management environment
  • Leave & Disability industry experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with quality methodologies
