Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Leave & Disability Quality Assurance team and identify trends for improvement
- Develop and implement a quality program that aligns with organizational values and evolves with business needs
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Previous management experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an audit or quality management environment
- Leave & Disability industry experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and experience with quality methodologies
