Claims Recovery Associate
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate, Claims Recalculation & Recovery Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the calculation and recovery of offsets, settlements, overpayments, and underpayments of disability claims
- Consult with various stakeholders to explain calculations and negotiate repayment arrangements
- Analyze complex financial data and provide recommendations for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of comparable work experience
- 3+ years of claims recalculation and recovery experience
- Extensive knowledge of the SystemOne platform
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and databases effectively
