Claims Resolution Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Adjuster - Remote (EST/CST).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving bodily injury and assess coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate with customers through various channels to provide support and updates on claims
• Negotiate fair injury settlements with all parties involved in the claims process

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of claims experience, preferably in Casualty Bodily Injury claims
• Experience in claims liability, investigation, and negotiation
• Knowledge of liability investigations and coverage assessment
• Ability to obtain necessary adjuster and/or appraiser licenses within 60 days of hire
• Experience in a remote work environment with a dedicated workspace
