Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Claims to oversee day-to-day operations in the claims area.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the management of claims inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prioritize daily work volumes and manage operational costs effectively
• Assist in resolving complex claims and monitor claims quality reviews for accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in the health insurance industry or claims processing
• Previous supervisory or lead experience with defined outcomes
• Experience with Medicaid, Marketplace, and/or Medicare is preferred
