Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead - Claim.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Claims team
- Monitor Salesforce KPIs for team performance and provide management reports
- Assist in managing customer claims and ensure timely resolution of issues
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of prior claims specialist experience
- Must be customer-focused
- Some knowledge of lighting or electrical products is preferred
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel) are required
- Experience in the lighting, retail, or manufacturing industry is preferred
