Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Operations Trainer in the health insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training on department procedures and workflows to new hires and ongoing development for Claim Examiners
  • Develop training modules and maintain understanding of client benefits and procedures
  • Collaborate with management to improve processes, system efficiencies, and address quality/productivity issues

Required Qualifications:
  • 2 or more years of relevant work experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in health benefits claims processing and developing online training content
  • Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and Medical Terminology
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio workflow
