Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Performance Analyst to analyze complex data and provide insights for healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, offering strategic insights to meet client needs
- Create dashboards and visualizations to explain trends and risks, providing strategic insights to users
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Information Systems, or Economics preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, data analytics, or a similar field
- Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of BI tools like Domo or Power BI
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Experience working with healthcare claims data and/or pharmacy data preferred
