Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Coordinator who will support multiple client services teams in managing campaigns across various therapeutic areas and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage various documents including KOC decks and submission docs
- Attend client meetings to take notes and document next steps
- Assist with pre and post-launch tasks, including testing and QA of campaign messaging
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing at an agency or similar
- Experience with Veeva and MLR submissions is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Organized and autonomous worker
- Willingness to travel up to once per quarter for team meetings
