Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Coordinator who will support multiple client services teams in managing campaigns across various therapeutic areas and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage various documents including KOC decks and submission docs
  • Attend client meetings to take notes and document next steps
  • Assist with pre and post-launch tasks, including testing and QA of campaign messaging
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing at an agency or similar
  • Experience with Veeva and MLR submissions is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Organized and autonomous worker
  • Willingness to travel up to once per quarter for team meetings
