Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, processing tickets, and resolving client issues related to login, billing, and device troubleshooting
  • Maintain industry knowledge and adhere to security and compliance requirements while contributing to monthly billing and reporting projects
  • Provide timely and accurate information to internal and external customers, taking ownership of calls and tickets assigned
Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 2 years of customer service, tech support, or escalation support experience
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a FinTech or SaaS environment
  • Understanding of the payments processing industry is beneficial
  • Technology literate with knowledge of Microsoft Suite products
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
