Client Solutions Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Solutions Manager for Real World Data Products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful delivery of Real World Data products, focusing on customer satisfaction and quality results
• Lead planning and execution of customer engagements, coordinating with internal teams and managing project timelines
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as the voice of the customer for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in epidemiology, clinical research, public health, biostatistics, data science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a consulting or customer success role within life sciences or healthcare data analytics
• Experience with patient-level longitudinal healthcare data sets, particularly EHR/EMR data
• Strong understanding of real-world data and proven expertise in oncology
• Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools for data extraction and analysis is a plus
