Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and evolve the Client Success strategy
  • Build relationships and drive engagement with customers through onboarding and business reviews
  • Identify new opportunities with current customers and manage contract renewals

Qualifications & Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in post-sales Onboarding, Customer Success, or Account Management
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and negotiating proposals and contracts
  • 2+ years in a management or mentorship role
  • Proven ability to manage a sales forecast and contract renewals
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a technical product
