- Drive and evolve the Client Success strategy
- Build relationships and drive engagement with customers through onboarding and business reviews
- Identify new opportunities with current customers and manage contract renewals
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in post-sales Onboarding, Customer Success, or Account Management
- 5+ years of experience in developing and negotiating proposals and contracts
- 2+ years in a management or mentorship role
- Proven ability to manage a sales forecast and contract renewals
- 2+ years of experience supporting a technical product
