Job Summary
A company is looking for a Success Partner to build strong client relationships and oversee collaboration with virtual assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trust-based partnerships with clients, track milestones and ROI
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and virtual assistants, managing onboarding and service delivery
- Design and optimize the client journey to ensure measurable outcomes and identify upsell opportunities
Qualifications
- Experience in client success, account management, or customer experience roles
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Zoho One, and GSuite
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through
- Preferred: Experience designing client journeys and familiarity with Visionary and Integrator concepts
