Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Analyst - Clinical.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and world-class customer support to users via multiple channels
- Manage incoming support cases by prioritizing based on severity and re-routing as required
- Take ownership and follow up on unresolved cases
Required Qualifications
- Degree or post-secondary education in Healthcare, Business Administration, or Information Technology (preferred but not required)
- Experience in a technical support position is an asset
- Understanding of API and service technologies and functions
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a remote team
- Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently during all interactions
