Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Analyst - Clinical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and world-class customer support to users via multiple channels
  • Manage incoming support cases by prioritizing based on severity and re-routing as required
  • Take ownership and follow up on unresolved cases
Required Qualifications
  • Degree or post-secondary education in Healthcare, Business Administration, or Information Technology (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in a technical support position is an asset
  • Understanding of API and service technologies and functions
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a remote team
  • Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently during all interactions
