Clinical Trial Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to support clinical trial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating logistical aspects of assigned trials according to GCP and SOPs
• Manage Trial Master File (TMF) documents and support close-out activities in the eTMF system
• Organize trial-specific meetings and assist with the preparation of trial reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or University degree in medical or para-medical field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position within Clinical Operations
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and DIA TMF reference model
• Proficient in software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with tools and systems for managing clinical trials
