Cloud Customer Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Engineer II, Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify business opportunities while resolving technical blockers
• Support the technical relationship with customers through technology advocacy and product briefings
• Lead prospecting and acquisition of new customers, establishing trusted advisor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
• Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms
• Experience in migrating applications and services to cloud platforms
• Experience with security concepts such as encryption and identity management
