Cloud Engineering Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrated Service Delivery Tech Lead to oversee technical activities and support services for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical aspects of the ISD team, including troubleshooting and system modifications
• Provide direction and mentorship in tech support and manage team meetings
• Ensure systems and methodologies are in place for outstanding service delivery and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; experience may substitute for degree
• Proven experience in cloud engineering or a related role
• Preferred certification in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Knowledge of industry best practices for cloud solutions and familiarity with security policies
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and have lived in the U.S. for at least three of the last five years
