CMA/RMA Certified Medical Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CMA/RMA for a remote full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and Advanced Care Practitioners with patient care, intake, documentation, and medication administration
• Perform clinical tasks including checking vital signs, conducting point of care testing, and managing laboratory specimens
• Maintain medical records, assist with appointment scheduling, and ensure compliance with health regulations and standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent clinical training
• Recognized certification as a CMA or RMA by a national organization
• Ability to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds and perform physical tasks related to patient care
