Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cobol Developer to work remotely in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Research existing mainframe programs and document findings
- Enhance existing programs and write custom one-time-use programs for data modifications
- Document change evidence for FSA/SOX compliance
Required Qualifications
- Programming certificate degree (2-year) or a 4-year Computer Science degree preferred
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in COBOL development if no degree
- 4+ years of experience with a Master's degree
- 2+ years of experience in a mainframe environment, preferably with GIS Cluster C/A
- 3+ years of SQL/DB2 programming experience
