Job Summary
A company is looking for a COBRA Employer Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day COBRA administration for Employers and Partners
- Manage the annual renewal process and assist clients with billing inquiries
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience with OnBase, COBRA Point, and COBRA administration is a plus
- Willingness to work specific hours, including possible holidays and overtime
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Familiarity with Employer Group's plan designs and file schedules
- Ability to maintain relationships and improve client satisfaction
