Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections & Recovery 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers with delinquent accounts through outbound/inbound calls to negotiate payment arrangements
• Analyze funded credit risk and manage various collection strategies while maintaining customer relationships
• Generate and monitor aging reports to track delinquent accounts and facilitate resolution

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of extensive collections experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Knowledge of skip tracing and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
• Accounting knowledge and experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Access
