Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collection Support 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound collection calls and emails to negotiate payments and resolve delinquent accounts
  • Utilize skip tracing and multiple systems to reach decision makers and apply appropriate collection tools
  • Document accounts accurately and participate in special projects as required
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Working knowledge of FDCPA and basic accounting principles
  • Experience in the transportation industry customer support is preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time effectively
  • Must pass a successful background investigation
