Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Management Manager to oversee the operational and financial activities of multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and escalate issues as necessary
• Act as primary contact with property owners, ensuring objectives are met and reports are delivered
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecast management plans, and monitor maintenance work orders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education in Property and Facilities management
• Real Estate License
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
• Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and complex information effectively
