Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel to support its growth across North America and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, and SOWs
Support internal teams on various procurement deals and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Engage with stakeholders to mitigate legal risks and manage customer obligations

Required Qualifications

Law graduate or equivalent (LLB, JD, or LLM)
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an in-house legal team, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
Experience in deal negotiation across multiple jurisdictions including the US, Asia, and Europe
Operational knowledge of commercial laws, particularly privacy laws
Strong research skills with the ability to interpret legal issues across jurisdictions
