Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Health RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care through virtual health services, including data collection and chart review
• Facilitate telehealth appointments and coordinate patient care flow, ensuring effective communication and support
• Engage in ongoing education, maintain licensure, and participate in quality improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact State
• 2+ years of nursing experience in primary care, urgent care, or condition management
• Experience with audio/visual technology or video conferencing platforms
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and nursing practice regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
