Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and administer compensation programs to attract and retain talent
  • Analyze compensation trends and provide critical insights for decision-making
  • Conduct job benchmarking and market analysis evaluations

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
  • Five or more years of relevant experience in Compensation
  • Preferred experience in Insurance, Workday, Payscale/PayFactor or similar systems, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • Knowledge of legal compliance related to compensation practices
