Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and administer compensation programs to attract and retain talent
- Analyze compensation trends and provide critical insights for decision-making
- Conduct job benchmarking and market analysis evaluations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of relevant experience in Compensation
- Preferred experience in Insurance, Workday, Payscale/PayFactor or similar systems, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- Knowledge of legal compliance related to compensation practices
