Job Summary
A company is looking for a Generalist Compensation & Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee leaves of absence, including communication and paperwork processing
- Support the benefits administration process
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure data integrity of employee records
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical/managerial experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, benefits administration, payroll, or leave management
- Strong understanding of multi-state FMLA and leave-related compliance requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data management skills
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations
