Job Summary

A company is looking for a Generalist Compensation & Benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer employee leaves of absence, including communication and paperwork processing
  • Support the benefits administration process
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure data integrity of employee records
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent technical/managerial experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, benefits administration, payroll, or leave management
  • Strong understanding of multi-state FMLA and leave-related compliance requirements
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data management skills
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations
