Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation & HRIS Sr Analyst to manage compensation programs and oversee HR Information Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and administer employer compensation programs to align with company objectives
- Administer and configure the HR Information System (HRIS) to support HR functions and reporting needs
- Participate in compensation surveys and conduct research on market competitiveness and pay equity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation, HRIS, and data analytics
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
- Experience with UltiPro (UKG) and broad-based benefits and payroll preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
