Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation & HRIS Sr Analyst to manage compensation programs and oversee HR Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, and administer employer compensation programs to align with company objectives
  • Administer and configure the HR Information System (HRIS) to support HR functions and reporting needs
  • Participate in compensation surveys and conduct research on market competitiveness and pay equity

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation, HRIS, and data analytics
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
  • Experience with UltiPro (UKG) and broad-based benefits and payroll preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
