Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst, Complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate consumer complaints and company responses to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Investigate complaints from regulatory agencies and escalate issues involving potential legal or regulatory concerns
- Perform root-cause and trend analysis of complaints to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of complaint metrics, data, and reports
- Ability to perform root-cause and trend analysis
- Regulatory and/or complaint management knowledge and skills
- Proficient use of computer programs and software
