Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer success by consulting on the implementation and evaluation of compliance digital learning programs
  • Build relationships with customers to enhance their compliance learning initiatives and resolve issues
  • Monitor account health and drive retention and growth by understanding customer needs and achieving renewal goals

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional compliance customer success or equivalent sales experience
  • Solid understanding of the regulatory environment related to training needs and risk reduction goals
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Customer Success tools
  • Ability to build influential relationships with diverse customers
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with proficiency in Word and Outlook
