A company is looking for a Compliance Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer success by consulting on the implementation and evaluation of compliance digital learning programs
- Build relationships with customers to enhance their compliance learning initiatives and resolve issues
- Monitor account health and drive retention and growth by understanding customer needs and achieving renewal goals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional compliance customer success or equivalent sales experience
- Solid understanding of the regulatory environment related to training needs and risk reduction goals
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Customer Success tools
- Ability to build influential relationships with diverse customers
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with proficiency in Word and Outlook
