Compliance Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage timely filings and renewals of licensing and state regulation needs
• Assist in investigations and audits, collaborating with the Compliance team and supporting legal actions
• Present compliance-related data in committee meetings and support privacy initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1-2 years of compliance and/or legal support experience
• Experience in a legal or compliance field, preferably with medical debt collection
• Proficient in Office Suite for report preparation and data analysis
• Strong writing and editing skills are mandatory
• Knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA is advantageous
