Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist to support the compliance function and provide guidance to the sales team and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and regulators as needed
- Manage compliance-related projects in response to current and evolving laws
- Assist in implementing an effective compliance program and conduct data privacy audits
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of U.S. data privacy laws (CCPA, CPRA, TCPA) and experience with GDPR
- Experience interacting with or working for government agencies
- Expertise in drafting and reviewing a broad range of policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Project or program management experience
