Job Summary
A company is looking for a Special Education Teacher for a fully virtual position in Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities
- Provide direct instruction and support services to students virtually
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
Required Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid Connecticut teaching certificate with Special Education endorsement
- Proven experience working with students with diverse learning needs and disabilities
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
