Job Summary

A company is looking for a Connections Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to discuss performance, goals, and development
  • Report on team performance to senior leadership, identifying trends and areas for improvement

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a contact center, customer service, or sales environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
  • Strong customer service background
  • Experience implementing and executing upon performance management policies
  • A results-oriented approach, including strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
