Job Summary
A company is looking for a Connections Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to discuss performance, goals, and development
- Report on team performance to senior leadership, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a contact center, customer service, or sales environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Strong customer service background
- Experience implementing and executing upon performance management policies
- A results-oriented approach, including strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
