Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Employer Partner Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and/or lead in executing key work streams to solve member problems and increase employer satisfaction
• Provide member support, deliver ongoing reporting, and build strong relationships with employer partners
• Create compelling narratives, collaborate with product teams, and present strategic initiatives to clients

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with an enterprise company
• Data research and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information effectively
• Organizational skills, deadline-driven, and ability to multitask
