Continuous Improvement Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to support operations by applying continuous improvement methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to identify process gaps and implement improvement plans
• Manage continuous improvement projects to enhance business results and support automation initiatives
• Develop competency in engineering methods and lean tools to optimize operations and facilitate value stream mapping

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain with three years of related experience, or a Master's degree with one year of experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of Lean/TPS core tools and engineering data analysis functions
• Familiarity with warehouse design tools and material handling solutions preferred
• Lean Six Sigma, cPMP, or ISO/QMS certification preferred
