Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to provide support in negotiating and managing contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate, structure, and administer contractual documents with vendors, customers, and partners
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and review commercial documents for compliance and adherence to agreements
  • Oversee contract mandates, ensuring fulfillment of obligations and coordinating any necessary amendments or changes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience with contract lifecycle management and best practices
  • Graduate Degree preferred
  • 7-9 years of experience preferred in contract lifecycle management
