Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to provide support in negotiating and managing contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate, structure, and administer contractual documents with vendors, customers, and partners
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and review commercial documents for compliance and adherence to agreements
- Oversee contract mandates, ensuring fulfillment of obligations and coordinating any necessary amendments or changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience with contract lifecycle management and best practices
- Graduate Degree preferred
- 7-9 years of experience preferred in contract lifecycle management
