Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Client Accounts Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with stakeholders to understand business needs and implement best practices for billing management
  • Lead a team of billing specialists, ensuring alignment with billing practices and providing supervision and training
  • Research and resolve billing issues, create complex monthly reports, and track team metrics to ensure service level requirements are met
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience managing high volume billing portfolios in a law or professional services firm
  • Experience as a team lead is preferred
  • Expertise in client accounts, direct billing, and quality assurance
  • Proficiency in e-billing applications and advanced Excel skills
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field preferred
