Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contractor Licensing Manager to develop and manage contractor licenses nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on state and local contractor licensing regulations
• Develop processes for maintaining contractor licensing and manage acquisition and renewal policies
• Lead projects related to contractor licensing initiatives and ensure compliance with licensing requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience managing general contractor and trade-specific licensing
• Experience with state licensure filings with government entities
• Proficient in Excel and tech-savvy
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
