Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate various agreements with clients, brokers, and vendors
- Collaborate with business teams on contract templates and legal issues
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support sales strategies and product launches
Required Qualifications:
- JD or LLM from a recognized U.S. law school
- Current license to practice law in the United States
- 4+ years of law firm and/or in-house legal work experience
- Experience in negotiating a wide variety of contracts
- Interest in healthcare law and commitment to the company's mission
