Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and review commercial transactions, contracts, and agreements
- Provide counsel on contract interpretation and handle contractual dispute resolution
- Assist/lead on projects related to process improvements, risk mitigation, and legal policy development
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required
- 2 years of experience as a licensed practicing attorney
- Experience with SaaS agreements is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required
- Project Management experience preferred
