Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Sales Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement targeted territory development plans to meet quarterly goals
  • Manage and develop a team of Corporate Sales Development Representatives
  • Implement outbound calling programs, conduct mock Calling Exercises, and provide individual mentorship

Required Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce
  • 2-5 years experience in a BDR/SDR, inside sales, or field sales leadership role
  • Proven ability to develop a prospect pipeline via targeted outbound prospecting
  • Recent successful experience in engaging business Executives
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and keep the team energized and motivated
