Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Trainer - Business Development Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute new hire onboarding plans
- Identify ongoing training needs and provide insights for additional training
- Conduct performance-based assessments and coordinate support for BDC Coordinators
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in corporate training facilitation
- Experience training in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Customer Service or Customer Service Training experience
- Familiarity with dealership and call center operations is a plus
